Our portal gives you control of who your provider will be. This tool lets you find a provider based on your needs. If you need someone with a specific specialty, or need them to be close to home, Fairos has your back.
Is the specialist you need out of network? Not to worry. Regardless of the provider being in network, out-of-network, or in an open network, our professional bill negotiation team will fight to keep you cost as low as possible.
Members are also able to leave feedback on providers, helping to recommend the right provider to others who use the tool.
Member Advocate Support
Our Member Advocates are here to assist you with any questions or issues. You can chat online with an advocate to ask general questions, get help with provider or facility access issues, or request updates on your balance bill (if you receive one). Our member advocates will respond within 24 hours to any of your questions or concerns. In the rare case that you might have a balance bill, our advocates will provide regular updates until the balance bill is resolved.
